Using Filenero
Filenero provides online tools for converting, compressing and resizing supported image and document files. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process every file you submit.
Temporary private backups
Supported image processing takes place in your browser, while document conversion uses Filenero's conversion service. When you start a task, the original submitted file is also transmitted over an encrypted connection to private storage for operational backup. Backups are not published, are restricted to authorized administrators and are scheduled for automatic deletion after seven days.
Service analytics
Filenero may retain privacy-minimized operational records for up to 90 days, including an anonymous browser identifier, selected tool, file size, processing duration, success or error status and whether a result was downloaded. File names, file contents and access tokens are not included in these analytics records.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. Filenero may change supported formats, limits or features and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security reasons.
Prohibited use
Do not use Filenero to store or process unlawful material, malicious software, content that infringes another party's rights, or files that you are not authorized to handle.
